Dr Helena Ward

Dr Ward graduated from James Cook University – Townsville in 2019 and has since worked in multiple clinics in Bundaberg, as well as serving as a temporary lecturer at the University of Queensland. She recently fellowed with the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners in February this year.

Dr Ward has a keen interest in women’s health, child and family health, and geriatric care, and she is passionate about providing inclusive, patient-centred care, including support for LGBTQI+ patients.

In her spare time, Dr Ward enjoys reading and exploring nature.
